Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nordic Pelt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
1. Definitions

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.
- Website refers to Nordic Pelt, accessible from https://nordicpelt.com/
2. Order Cancellation Rights
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Because our processing begins immediately, the window for cancellation is limited:
- Guaranteed Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Partial Window (1–3 Days): Between 24 and 72 hours, cancellation is possible only if the item has not yet been dispatched to our carrier. Please contact us immediately at info@nordicpelt.com to check status.
- Post-Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may follow the return process below once the item is delivered.
3. Return & Exchange Policy (Post-Delivery)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Eligibility:
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Goods must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Tags & Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for returns and refunds.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for any product. If you need a different size or style, email us at info@nordicpelt.com to initiate the swap.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.
4. Returning Goods & Shipping Costs
Fees:
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
- Return Shipping: For defective or damaged products, Nordic Pelt covers the return shipping cost. For all other returns (customer remorse), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method.
