Shipping Policy

At Nordic Pelt, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently. Please see our shipping terms, timelines, and procedures below.
1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time.
- Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders via UPS from our fulfillment warehouse in Texas. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time (1–3 days) + Transit Time (5–8 days).
3. Shipping Origin & Warehouse
To ensure faster delivery across the country, all physical goods are dispatched from our warehouse facility:
- Fulfillment Warehouse: 14134 Highway 3, Webster, TX 77598.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to UPS, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
Nordic Pelt is responsible for your order until it is delivered. If your UPS package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@nordicpelt.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement immediately.
